    Q: Payment Options
    What are my payment options?

    A: In Australia you have the choice of Paypal, Money Order, Pay on Pick up or Bank Deposit. Just select the one you want.
    If Overseas please select Paypal.

    If you are in my local area you are welcome to pick up your items...this is free!!

    Q: Custom Orders
    Do you do custom orders?

    A: Yes I can take custom orders, though please allow up to 4 weeks for item to be made then sent to you.
    As custom orders are specially made a 25% non refundable deposit is required.

    Q: Wholesale
    Do you wholesale?

    A: Not generally. I have a few items that I list at a discount/wholesale price. If you were after a few of the same items email me and I can organize a discounted price. I am open to negotiation on a bulk purchase.

    Q: Layby/Layaway
    Do you allow layby/layaway?

    A: This is a great way to ensure we still have the item you want when you have the money to pay for it.
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. After this initial payment, you will simply need to send one payment per month for the following three months until your balance is paid in full. As soon as we receive your final payment, we will ship your item to you.

    If 60 days pass without a payment from you, we will cancel your layaway and restock the item for sale. You will lose your 25% deposit.

    What if I miss or can't make a payment on my layaway?
    We understand that there may be unforeseeable events that cause you to miss a payment. Please call us to inform us of your situation to ensure your layaway plan does not expire. If we do not hear from you within 60 days, we will assume you are cancelling your layaway and will restock your item for sale.

    What if I decide to cancel my layaway or my layaway expires?
    If you cancel your layaway, we will issue a credit for any payments you may have made, however you will forfeit your down payment. Any credit issued must be used within 6 months from the date of issue

    Q: Postage Prices
    When can I expect my order to arrive?
    How much is postage costs?
    I need my item in a hurry, can you express post?

    A: Items are shipped nearly everyday, so if you are in Australia expect item within about 7 working days. Overseas about 2 - 4 weeks. Please allow a little extra time over the holiday periods.

    Items are sent pending payment, payment via bank deposit, personal cheque or echeck are subject to clearance before being sent. This usually takes 3 -5 working days.

    In Australia regular postage prices range from $1.25 to $18.00. Express post are from $8.00 to $70.00. This allows for packing materials (ie Boxes, bubble wrap) and actual postage. All larger orders are sent via registered post.

    For Overseas orders prices range from $6.20 to $70.00. This allows for packing materials (ie Boxes, bubble wrap) and actual postage. All larger overseas orders are sent via registered post.

    **Due to heightened border protection and increased aviation security measures introduced by the US Government applying to inbound freight, there is likely to be delays of around 48 hours to parcels being sent to the US. These new security measures have increased cost implications associated with screening and transport, and as a result a $9 surcharge will be imposed on all parcels over 500g (16 ounces) destined for the US.

    This surcharge has been introduced solely to cover the costs of the revised security arrangements required by the United States, and Desert Fire Belly Dance Costumes does not profit from the surcharge


    ALL POSTAGE COSTS ARE AN ESTIMATE. I WILL REFUND YOU ANY EXCESS PAYMENT OF POSTAGE IF THERE IS ANY.

    I am more than happy to give you a quote for postage costs if you are unsure.

    Q: Returns
    What is your return policy?

    A: I will only refund if item is faulty. Please ask questions before buying if you are not sure on colour, size etc. I do not refund cd's or dvd's or if you thought item was different colour or size.
